The MOQ depends on your products requirement, normally 10 pcs for BISON package parts.
Yes, we supply OEM service and carton customized design, if you can place at least 3 *40HQ a year, we will provided a Marketing Package, including a set of special new pictures and new videos.
If factory has products in stock, will send them out in 10 days; For the production time will take about 25-40 days, and will keep the production status updated; For the delivery time to your countryside, need to know the destination address/zipcode/nearest port.
Contact our sales team, and offer your destination address and zipcode, delivery by EXPRESS takes about 10-15 days to your side. If you satisfy with our quality, the sample cost can be refundable in your next big order.
Absolutely, we would be delighted to have you visit our factory and assess the quality of our machines firsthand. Once you finalize your visit schedule, we’ll arrange for your pick-up. During your visit, an engineer and a translator will be at your side to assist you.
Some FAQ about product
The quantity you require will determine the payment terms.
- For smaller orders, full payment is required in advance via Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
- For typical orders exceeding $10,000, we accept a 30% deposit via TT, with the balance due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy.
- For orders that fill an entire container, we are also open to accepting 100% Letter of Credit (LC) payable immediately upon sight.
The warranty, which commences from the purchase date, encompasses parts, labor, and return shipping for the initial year. After that period, only the parts continue to be under warranty.
Should there be issues with the machine parts due to their inherent quality, we will supply the replacement parts at no cost.

If you buy in 40ft quantities, we will provide you with some spare parts that are prone to damage at no additional cost.
